The Vintage Haut'Bsesssion 2016 from Champagne Hautbois is an exclusive single plot champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir. This special millésime is produced exclusively from "cœur de cuvée", the very best juice from the first pressing. The grapes are selected with extreme precision and the wine is produced without chaptalisation, fully preserving the pure character of the terroir. Maturation in oak, acacia and wooden barrels gives this champagne extra complexity, depth and gastronomic finesse.
In the glass, the champagne shows a deep golden yellow colour with lively, fine bubbles. In the nose, aromas of ripe yellow fruit, toast, brioche and subtle earthy notes open up elegantly. On the palate, the champagne presents itself powerful and rich, with a creamy texture, refined mousse and impressive length.
