This exclusive cuvée is produced from the best selections of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the vintage, complemented by carefully aged reserve wines. Maturing part of the wine in oak and allowing the champagne to develop for no less than eight years sur lattes creates a complex and highly refined style with impressive depth.
In the glass, the champagne shows an intense golden yellow colour with fine, lively bubbles. In the nose, refined aromas of ripe fruit, citrus, brioche, toasted notes and subtle wood influences open up harmoniously. On the palate, the champagne presents itself powerful yet elegant, with a wonderful balance between freshness, minerality and creamy richness. Tones of dried fruit, toast, citrus and light bitters add complexity and length. Thanks to the Extra Brut dosage, the wine remains tight, refined and perfectly balanced.
