Rosé Brut 2022
Refined traditional rosé (75% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir), gently pressed and aged 24 months on lees. Salmon-pink with red fruit and citrus aromas, vibrant acidity, and gentle dosage. Perfect as aperitif or with smoked salmon and summer salads.
Raarberg Cuvée Extra Brut 2022
Rich and elegant sparkling wine from the Raarberg hills, aged 18 months on lees and disgorged with only 3 g/l dosage. Aromas of citrus, red fruit, and nuts; smooth with tension. Ideal with salmon tartare, creamy poultry dishes, or soft cheeses.
‘Novo’ Extra Brut 2022
Fresh extra brut from Souvignier Gris (85%) and Johanniter (15%), aged 24 months on lees, 3 g/l dosage. Elegant with citrus, spring blossom, wild peach, and a subtle creamy texture. Great as a celebratory aperitif or with fine fish and shellfish.
‘Dot’ Brut
Expressive and refined sparkling from 75% Cabernet Blanc and 25% Johanniter, base wines from two vintages, made in stainless steel. Aromatic apple, citrus, gooseberry and tropical notes; fresh and elegant with a dry edge (4 g/l dosage). Perfect with ceviche, sashimi, or goat cheese.
Bruusj Parelwijn 2023
Lively perlé from 86% Souvignier Gris and 14% Johanniter, slight fizz (2.5 bar) with full malolactic fermentation. Expressive aromas of peach, apricot, pineapple; full and fruity with soft sweetness and low alcohol (10.5%). Ideal as an aperitif or with antipasti, fruit salads, and fruity desserts.
‘Dame’ Zero Dosage 2021
Elegant blanc de blancs from 100% Chardonnay, aged 24 months on lees and vinified in a mix of oak, steel and ceramic. Fresh citrus, blossoms, subtle vanilla; complex, structured with lively acidity. Brut nature (0 g/l dosage), perfect with oysters, ceviche, or goat cheese.
