De Esker Red Cabaret Noir 2025 is a smooth and modern red wine made from 100% Cabernet Noir grapes. This wine combines elegant structure with a pleasurable drinking experience. The result is a red wine that is both refined and accessible.
In the glass, the wine is clear ruby red. The nose offers aromas of red fruit such as cherry and blackberry, with subtle spice notes. On the palate, the wine is soft and round, with fresh flavors that provide balance. The tannins are fine and not intrusive, allowing you to enjoy it right away.
This is a versatile wine for many occasions. It works well with red meat, poultry and mature cheeses. The wine is suitable for both temperatures: at room temperature (16-18°C) or lightly chilled (12-14°C). Both ways bring out its elegant character beautifully.
