Weingut Hindler's Gemischter Satz pays homage to a centuries-old Austrian vineyard tradition. Previously, different grape varieties were planted on the same plot, harvested and pressed together. This produced a wine in which diversity and character melted together. Even today, Hindler shows with this cuvée how versatile and authentic this style can be, where the winemaker's personal signature is clearly recognisable.
On the nose, the wine presents itself fresh and lively with notes of green apple and a slight spiciness. On the tongue, it offers a playful interplay of juicy fruitiness and a harmonious acid balance, resulting in a refreshing and approachable style. Maturation on fine yeast adds roundness and finesse, making the wine not only light and drinkable, but also elegant and expressive.
