The Les Singulieres, a range of wines from Domaine Herrebouc that has been aged for a long time in oak barrels and then also aged in bottle. This results in beautiful, elegant wines such as the 'Rouge', a red wine made from 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

The grapes were partly hand-picked and partly machine-picked and has a special seal of approval: 'conversion to organic farming'. The wine is delicious with chocolate, wild meat, pasta and other dishes with tomato.
