The Vigna Rosa Lambrusco is an elegant and refined sparkling rosé wine that reflects the essence of Emilia-Romagna. Its deep pink colour is reminiscent of ripe cherries, while its aromatic profile is dominated by scents of rose petals, black cherries and subtle notes of freshly baked bread crust. Thanks to the Lang Charmat method, the wine undergoes a slow second fermentation, creating a fine and persistent mousse that enhances the fresh and lively finish.
The blend consists of 85% Lambrusco Sorbara, 10% Fortana and 5% Pinot Noir, grapes carefully harvested by hand in the second half of September. The wine has perfectly balanced acidity and a soft, refreshing taste, with an alcohol content of 11% and a subtle residual sugar of 7 g/l. This creates a harmonious combination of freshness and structure, keeping the wine both approachable and refined.
