The Riesling from the Affenflaschen series is a lively and accessible white wine that expresses the grape's character in a fresh and fruity way. In the nose, this Riesling presents itself with an enticing aroma of ripe fruit, which immediately arouses curiosity for the first sip.
On the palate, the wine is invigorating and beautifully balanced, with an elegant structure and a harmonious residual sweetness that refines the whole without being overpowering. Thanks to its fresh acidity of 7.0 g/l, it remains nimble and refreshing, making it ideally suited to a wide palette of culinary pairings.
This Riesling is the perfect partner with salads, spicy dishes and sweet and sour flavours, such as those from Asian cuisine. It is also an excellent choice after a meal, for example with a light dessert or simply as a refreshing glass of wine on a sunny day. With an alcohol content of 11.5% and a residual sweetness of 19.0 g/l, this quality wine has a storage potential of three to four years. The optimum drinking temperature is between 8 and 10 °C.
