The Kunst:Werk Weisser Burgunder from the Ottersweierer Althof is an elegant and refined quality dry wine that brilliantly expresses the fresh character of the Weißer Burgunder grape. In the nose, it presents itself with a delicate aroma of green apple and citrus, which immediately invites the first sip. Its lively freshness is supported by a fine structure and perfectly balanced acidity, which makes it nimble yet expressive.
On the palate, this Weißburgunder shows itself harmonious and bright, with subtle minerality and a soft finish. Its pleasant mouthfeel and elegant fruitiness make it a versatile companion at the table, ideal for those who love wines with class and finesse.
This wine is excellent paired with seafood and fish dishes, but veal and pork or refined poultry preparations also benefit from its fresh touch. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, a slight residual sweetness of 4.0 g/l and a nice acidity of 6.0 g/l, this Weißer Burgunder is the epitome of balance. Served between 8 and 10 °C, it is perfect for drinking and will remain so for at least three to four years.
