The Estroverso IGT Toscana is an organic rosé full of vibrancy and charm - just as its name suggests. "Estroverso" means extrovert in Italian, and there is indeed something magical about this wine: it manages to brighten up any occasion and brings people together with its playful character. Made from Sangiovese and Canaiolo, two iconic Tuscan grape varieties, it reflects the sunshine and warmth of its origins. Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel and concrete vats, allowing the wine to retain its freshness and pure expression. In the glass, it shines pale pink with coppery reflections - elegant, seductive and inviting.
The nose is intense and fruity, with aromas of wild strawberries and yellow plums that immediately evoke a summer feeling. On the palate, the Estroverso is harmonious and juicy, with a delicate spiciness and a pleasant saltiness reminiscent of a sea breeze. Its flavour remains long-lasting, with a perfect balance between freshness and smoothness. This rosé is made for sharing: light, cheerful and with a refined structure that showcases the best of Tuscany. The festive atmosphere is further emphasised by the label, hand-painted by Lorisse - an explosion of colours reminiscent of fireworks.
