The name Eclissi - Italian for "eclipse" - refers to the fusion of Tuscan and international grapes: Sangiovese and Colorino meet the powerful Cabernet here, just as in a lunar eclipse different elements merge into one harmonious whole. The wine is carefully aged in wood and then further refined in concrete vats, retaining its power but at the same time gaining softness and depth.
In the glass, the Eclissi shows an intense ruby red colour with deep hues. The nose is rich and seductive, with aromas of forest fruits, mint and eucalyptus elegantly intertwined with balsamic notes.
