The Kreation Esprit Spätlese 2024 is an elegant and expressive white wine crafted from a refined blend of Kerner, Riesling, and Gewürztraminer. The grapes thrive on colourful marl soils and Stubensandstein, lending the wine structure and aromatic depth. A careful vinification process, including six hours of cold maceration, gentle pressing, and a temperature-controlled spontaneous fermentation, preserves the wine’s natural harmony. Ageing on the lees until April adds roundness and a smooth texture.
On the nose and palate, this Spätlese reveals exotic and spicy aromas reminiscent of spring blossoms, accompanied by multifaceted fruit nuances. With its natural residual sweetness of 27.6 g/l and a fresh acidity of 6.4 g/l, the wine strikes a perfect balance between vibrancy and delicacy. The moderate alcohol content of 12% ensures a refined and harmonious expression that remains light and inviting.
