2x 'Cedro' DOCG Chianti Rufina is a soft, elegant red wine made from Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes. On the palate, the wine presents itself as dry and juicy, with soft and compact tannins and a fresh, lively acidity typical of the Rufina. The finish is elegant and persistent. When young, this Chianti Rufina is excellent as an accompaniment to meals, but it develops beautifully with aging alongside red meat, poultry, and roasted dishes. Serve at 18°C for the best expression.
2x 'Cedro Riserva' DOCG Chianti Rufina Riserva is a powerful, full-bodied red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes. Only an average of 6,000 bottles are produced per year, making this an exclusive selection that reflects the authenticity of the Rufina region. In the glass, Cedro Riserva displays an intense ruby red, with a generous, clean, and enveloping nose of ripe fruit and light spices. On the palate, it is velvety and full-bodied, with notes of ripe Amarena cherries and a hint of cassis. The tannins are well-integrated, powerful yet round, ensuring an elegant, lingering finish.
2x 'Puro' Chianti DOCG is a natural, innovative red wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes without added sulfites. Since its introduction in 2010, this is the first sulfite-free DOCG Chianti, symbolizing the domain's innovative and sustainable spirit. On the palate, the wine is fresh, juicy, and crisp, with an explosion of red fruit and lively acidity. The finish is clean and persistent. Puro is particularly accessible and versatile, pairing effortlessly with all kinds of dishes, from appetizers to meat dishes and even desserts. It reveals its most surprising side with dark chocolate. Serve it at 16–18 °C, or lightly chilled in the summer at 12 °C.
