Sourced from calcareous slopes and glacial moraines, and harvested by hand, this wine perfectly reflects the purity and complexity of its mountainous terroir.
After careful fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks, the wine matures for 10 months on fine lie, adding depth and texture. In the glass, a refined aromatic profile unfolds with floral notes, honeyed nuances and subtle spiciness. The wine combines freshness with a soft, round structure and a long, elegant finish.
Souveraine is a versatile gourmet wine that pairs beautifully with fish dishes, white meat and traditional dishes such as raclette. It also comes into its own with hard cheeses such as Beaufort.
