'Maxim' Blanco 2025 is a refined, fresh white wine made from 100% Garnacha Blanca grapes. The wine comes from the young Ermita vineyard, planted in 2021. Situated on sandy loam soils with light stone influences, this vineyard yields grapes with a beautiful balance between ripe fruit and lively acidity. On the palate, it is elegant and slightly creamy, with subtle viscosity and fresh acidity that ensures balance and drinking pleasure.
Blanc de Canet is a fresh and expressive Sauvignon Blanc. Thanks to an early harvest, the grapes retain their lively acidity and fresh fruitiness. After cold maceration, the grapes undergo a long skin contact of no less than 30 days, during which fermentation takes place with the skins in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature.
