Château Naudonnet Plaisance 2025 is an elegant, fresh white Bordeaux from the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers. The 3.5-hectare vineyard lies on clay and gravel soils, which creates tension, freshness and aromatic precision. This cuvée beautifully demonstrates how accessible as well as refined white Bordeaux can be: rich in aroma, tight on the palate and wonderfully drinkable.
The blend consists of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sauvignon Gris. Cold skin soaking is followed by gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation to preserve the aromas. The wine matures for six months sur lie with regular bâtonnage, giving extra roundness and depth. Aging takes place in stainless steel and concrete cuves to keep freshness and fruit central.
In the glass, the wine is pale yellow with green reflections. The nose is rich and complex with notes of white blossom and citrus. On the palate, it opens fruity and generous, followed by a fresh, harmonious structure with a crisp, lively finish. A charming Entre-Deux-Mers that is perfectly balanced between expression and elegance.
