Deiloghe Riserva is a powerful and refined expression of Cannonau di Sardegna, from a historic and characterful terroir in Sardinia. Made from carefully selected grapes, the wine undergoes slow fermentation in wooden barrels at controlled temperature. This process, combined with a maturation of at least 10 months in French oak barrels, gives the wine its depth, structure and aromatic complexity.
In the glass, Deiloghe shows an intense garnet-red colour, typical of Cannonau. The bouquet is rich and layered, with notes of ripe black fruit, spices and subtle wood influences. The influence of the terroir, with its ancient history and unique soil, translates into a wine with distinct character and elegance.
On the palate, the wine is full and round, with long, velvety tannins that provide structure and balance. The finish is persistent and refined, with fruit and spiciness coming together nicely. A wine that combines power and finesse and lends itself well to further aging.
