Dughine is a refined and drinkable Vermentino di Sardegna from the characterful terroir of Dorgali. The wine is fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve its fresh and aromatic expression, followed by ageing in traditional cocciopesto barrels and a short bottle ageing. This approach highlights the purity of the grape and the Mediterranean character of the region.
In the glass, Dughine shows bright and vibrant, with an inviting aromatic nose of ripe white fruit and subtle floral notes. The nose is fresh and open, with a slight elegance typical of Vermentino from coastal regions.
On the palate, the wine is fresh and energetic, carried by pleasant acidity and a soft, round structure. The finish is supple and refreshing, with a nice balance between fruit and finesse. A wine that drinks effortlessly, but at the same time has enough character to be used gastronomically.
