This sparkling wine is made from Muskateller grapes and produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, the same technique employed for Europe’s great sparkling wines. This results in a sparkling wine with an exceptionally fine mousse and impressive aromatic complexity.
In the glass, the wine is lively and inviting. The bouquet is characterised by seductive aromas of yellow tropical fruits and delicate floral notes. On the palate, the fresh acidity and fine bubbles create an elegant structure and a lively taste experience. After nine months of ageing on the lees in the bottle, the wine develops extra depth and refinement.
