      The Agapè Rosé 2025 is the flagship cuvée of Domaine Souleyrol, located at the foot of the legendary Mont Ventoux in Provence. This classically vinified rosé is made from hand-harvested Grenache Noir (60%) and Syrah (40%), grown on clay- and loam-rich soils. After cold pressing at a low temperature to preserve its aromatic freshness, the wine ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (16°C). This meticulous process results in a wine that combines elegance and complexity with the pure expression of the terroir.

      In the glass, the Agapè Rosé displays a beautiful, clear powder-pink color. The nose opens delicately with floral notes of lilac, followed by intensely fruity nuances of wild strawberry and vineyard peach. On the palate, the wine is bold, fresh, and mineral, with a lovely long finish that exudes both elegance and complexity. Its balanced texture and lively freshness lend the wine great finesse and an inviting character. Best enjoyed within two years of harvest.

      The Agapè Rosé 2025 is an ideal pairing for light Mediterranean dishes. Think of a salad of spinach, arugula, melon, Parmesan, and pine nuts with a light lemon dressing, or sea bass, sea bream, and citrus-marinated salmon. Roast veal with rosemary and grilled Mediterranean vegetables such as eggplant, bell peppers, and zucchini also pair exceptionally well with this wine.
