The ABK6 Blanc de Noirs Brut Réserve is a refined sparkling wine that combines the fruity richness of red grapes with elegance and freshness. This cuvée is made from Merlot and Cabernet Franc and vinified using the traditional method. Thanks to 14 months’ ageing on the lees, the wine develops a creamy texture, a fine mousse and lovely aromatic complexity. The addition of a dosage made from ABK6 Cognac gives the wine a unique and subtle character.
In the glass, the wine displays a bright golden-yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. On the nose, fresh aromas of citrus, white flowers and ripe fruit unfold elegantly. On the palate, the wine is lively and well-balanced, with a fresh attack, a creamy texture and refined notes reminiscent of lemon tart. The finish is clean, elegant and refreshing, with a lovely balance between fruitiness and finesse.
This versatile Brut Réserve is delightful as an aperitif, but also pairs superbly with shellfish, fresh salads and fruity desserts. It also forms the perfect base for cocktails such as a Mimosa or Spritz. An elegant sparkling wine full of freshness, finesse and character.
