The youngest vintage of Casale 120's flagship wine, fresh and lively, with red fruit and floral notes and soft young tannins. Aged entirely in stainless steel to preserve the purity of the volcanic terroir. Great with grilled red meat, lamb chops and semi-aged cheeses.

A warm vintage with riper notes of strawberry and cherry, beautiful colour concentration and a fresh structure. Aged in barriques, giving the wine slightly more depth and complexity than the 2024. Excellent with braised meat, grilled red meat and mushrooms.

An elegant vintage with a longer maceration of 15 days and multiple ageing phases in steel, barriques and bottle. Notes of strawberry, cherry and a floral bouquet, fresh and mineral with young tannins. Now at its peak and beautiful alongside the other vintages.

The oldest and most complex Senecio in this package, from the well-balanced 2020 vintage. Notes of red fruit, flowers, light toasty aromas and black pepper, fresh and delicate with ripe fruit and a long spicy finish. Now at its very best. Ideal with game, braised meat and aged cheeses.
