2x 'Finca Vasqueira' Castes Brancas D.O. Ribeiro — White · 13.5% · €22.50 per bottle The white entry wine of the Finca Vasqueira line, and already a wine that impresses. A biodynamic blend of 70% Treixadura and 30% Godello, from carefully selected plots on granite-rich soils. After harvest, the wine ages for ten months in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, giving it extra complexity and structure without losing the lively Atlantic freshness. With only 500 bottles per year, this is already an exclusive wine. Fresh, mineral, complex and elegant, with fish, seafood, poultry and Mediterranean dishes. Two bottles, because you'll want to taste it more than once.
2x 'Finca Vasqueira' Castes Tintas D.O. Ribeiro — Red · ±13% · €24.70 per bottle The red counterpart to the Castes Brancas, made from indigenous red Galician grape varieties from the same Finca Vasqueira. A biodynamic red wine with the cool-Atlantic character that makes Ribeiro so distinctive from the rest of Spain. Fresh red fruit, herbs and a subtle minerality from the granite-rich soils, with an elegant, slender structure that makes it approachable but characterful. Again a limited production. Delicious with grilled red meat, wild duck, aged cheeses and hearty braised dishes. Two bottles for a special evening at the table.
2x 'Napedra' Treixadura Granito D.O. Ribeiro — White · ±13% · €51.55 per bottle The absolute highlight of this package and one of the most remarkable white wines of Galicia. The Napedra Treixadura Granito is a single variety wine from 100% Treixadura sourced from the oldest and most pronounced granite plots of Finca Vasqueira. A wine that conveys the essence of the Ribeiro terroir pure and unadulterated: intense, mineral, precise and long. This is not a wine for a weeknight — this is a wine for moments you want to remember. It deserves the time and attention it merits, with a refined dinner of seafood or grilled fish at its very best.
