A white wine made from red grapes. Maring-Prigge’s Blanc de Noir combines the elegance of a white wine with the soft structure and character of Pinot Noir. Without skin contact, the wine retains its clear, delicate coppery hue, but the red grape gives it a depth and a subtle spiciness that an ordinary white wine lacks.
In the glass, the Blanc de Noir displays a delicate coppery hue. The nose is fresh and fruity with a subtle hint of herbs. On the palate, you’ll taste red forest fruits without the heaviness of a red wine. Fresh, distinctive and perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors.
