Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2021 Organic is a blend of 45% Corvina, 35% Corvinone, and 20% Rondinella grapes. This rich and powerful wine has velvety tannins, crisp acidity, and a long, layered finish. Despite its intensity, it retains its elegance and tension, making it excellent for aging. This Amarone truly shines with hearty meat dishes, stews, game, robust cheeses, or as a meditative wine after a meal.
2x Valpollicella Classico Superiore DOC Organic 2020 is the most concentrated and expressive interpretation of the Valpollicella grapes. The blend consists of 45% Corvina, 35% Corvinone, and 20% Rondinella. This Superiore is full-bodied and structured, with crisp acidity, soft tannins, and a long, harmonious finish. It pairs perfectly with everything from aged cheeses to red meat and pasta dishes.
3x Valpollicella Classico DOC Bio is a fresh, juicy red wine made from 45% Corvina, 35% Corvinone, and 20% Rondinella grapes.
