The 45° Crémant Rosé Brut from Vignes Secrètes is a sparkling discovery from Bordeaux, born at a unique geographical intersection: exactly at the 45th parallel and the zero meridian of Greenwich. This particular location translates into a crémant with character, finesse and a distinct identity.
The wine is made from carefully selected grapes from young plots on clay and chalky soils. Harvesting is done by hand in small crates, followed by gentle pneumatic pressing. Second fermentation takes place using the traditional method (méthode champenoise), with the wine maturing on the lie for added complexity and refinement.
In the glass, this crémant shows an intense pink colour with lively sparkle. In the nose, fresh notes of red fruit dominate, while the fine mousse provides an elegant and soft attack. On the palate, the wine is rich and long, with a nice balance between freshness and subtle sweetness in the finish. Perfect for festive moments, but also surprisingly versatile at the table.
