The Les Nuits Blanches de La Tuilière is a surprising and quirky wine that plays with expectations. Although derived from blue grapes (Cabernet Sauvignon), this wine presents itself as a refined white wine - a so-called blanc de noirs. It is a cuvée that shows the creativity of the estate and proves that Bordeaux can still surprise.
The grapes grow on clay and chalky soils and are carefully selected before gentle pressing to avoid colour and tannins. Direct pressing and low-temperature fermentation produce a wine that is fresh, pure and aromatic. The focus is entirely on elegance and finesse, with vinification focusing on the grape's delicate expression.
In the glass, the wine shows a very light colour with silver reflections. The aroma is rich and refined, with notes of white fruit and subtle sweet-fresh accents.
