The Malpasso Rosso Reserva is the ideal companion to flavourful starters and grilled red meats. It comes out particularly well with spicy dishes, cured meats and semi-hard cheeses. The wine is carefully produced: a short maceration at low temperature is followed by a controlled fermentation of 10-15 days at 22-24 °C. The wine then matures in stainless steel tanks and receives a final resting period of 3-4 months in bottle. Serve this refined wine at a temperature of 16-18°C to fully enjoy its rich character and balanced flavour.
