The Merlot Rosenkranz Trocken from Bischoffinger Winzer is a full-bodied and fruit-driven red wine from the Kaiserstuhl region. This Merlot combines international elegance with the character of the sunny vineyards around Bischoffingen.
In the glass, the wine shows a deep garnet-red colour. The bouquet is intense and spicy, with aromas of ripe plums, dark cherries and cassis. On the palate, it presents itself powerful and supple at the same time, with ripe tannins and a nice structure. The combination of fruit, spiciness and soft roundness makes for a harmonious and accessible red wine with character.
