The Piedmont DOC Albarossa is a red wine made from 100% Albarossa grapes from winemaker Giachino that best complements red meat or hard cheeses. The Albarossa grape combines the elegance and colour of Nebbiolo with the freshness and drinkability of Barbera. Dry red wine with purple hues. Intense enveloping with a preponderance of fruity, floral sensations, with herbal components and toasted notes.
Excellent to pair with red meats and hard cheeses. Serve in a large wine glass to enhance its characteristics at a temperature of 18/20°C.
