The Pink Rosé is a fresh and elegant wine made from a careful blend of local grape varieties from the Colli Tortonesi, including Barbera. The grapes come from the hills around Montemarzino, at an altitude of 400 metres, where the north-westerly exposure and clay-limestone soils create lively aromas and beautiful freshness. The grapes are harvested by hand and lightly pressed immediately after picking, obtaining only the purest juice with minimal colour extraction. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel, which perfectly preserves the wine's fresh, fruity character.
In the glass, the Pink Rosé shows a pale salmon-pink colour with fine coppery sparkles. The aroma is invitingly fresh, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, rose petals and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, the wine is lively and invigorating, with fresh acidity supporting the fruity and floral character. The structure is supple and refined, with a bright, clean finish in which notes of citrus and red fruit linger for a long time. Thanks to the gentle vinification without heavy interventions, the terroir remains beautifully visible.
With an alcohol content of 12% and a subtle, elegant style, this Pink Rosé is ideal as an aperitif, but also delicious with seafood, light pastas, fresh salads, grilled vegetables and soft cheeses such as mozzarella or burrata. For the best experience, it is recommended to drink the wine young, within one to two years, well chilled at 8-10°C in a tulip-shaped glass.
