The Pinot Blanc DAC from the Thermenregion is an elegant and refined white wine made from 100% Weißburgunder grapes. This quality wine is fully fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, bringing out its pure fruit expression and fresh acidity to full effect.
In the glass, it shines with a bright lemon-yellow colour and an inviting aroma of white fruits such as pear and apple, complemented by subtle floral notes. On the palate, it shows harmony and balance, with a fine interplay of acids that provides liveliness. The finish is long and mineral, giving this wine extra character.
This Pinot Blanc is an excellent companion to light dishes such as grilled fish, poultry, asparagus or a fresh summer salad. It also goes beautifully with creamy cheeses or a vegetarian quiche. Serve it at 10-12°C to let its anemic and confident character fully express itself.
