This wine tells the story of time and patience: of vines that have spent years building their strength and character and are now producing grapes of unprecedented intensity. It is a wine that breathes tradition, while remaining refined and accessible.
The blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah comes from carefully selected parcels with old vines. Mechanical harvesting is followed by a traditional vinification with long maceration, which helps the wine develop its deep colour and rich aromatic power. This process provides structure and concentration, without losing sight of elegance.
In the glass, the wine shows a deep garnet red colour. The nose opens with a refined combination of black and red fruits, carried by a subtle aromatic power. On the palate, it reveals soft, velvety tannins with slightly smoky notes, making for a warm, round and long-lasting finish. A wine that both invites and impresses.
