This wine is made entirely from Grechetto Gentile (Alionzina), from 15-year-old vines that are organically cultivated and harvested by hand. Low-temperature vinification in stainless steel preserves natural aromatic purity, resulting in a wine that is both elegant and joyful - a perfect balance between refinement and spontaneity.
