Made from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, sourced from organically certified vineyards 15 to 25 years old, this wine combines careful vinification with respect for nature and tradition. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a four- to six-day maceration at controlled temperature, followed by fermentation in stainless steel. The result is a wine with a supple structure, a refined balance between sweetness and freshness, and a soft, lingering finish.
