Product description
The "Sbiadi" Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOP Rosato is a surprising and refined interpretation of Lambrusco. This rosé stands out for its delicate aromatic expression and lively freshness, which come from the vinification in white of the typically robust Lambrusco Grasparossa. Thanks to a long ageing on fine lie, the wine develops additional roundness and balance, making it both elegant and full of character.
Made from 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro sourced from organically certified vines between 15 and 25 years old, this wine embodies pure craftsmanship. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly without maceration, keeping the colour subtle and preserving the natural freshness. Second fermentation using the Charmat Lungo method, with six months of maturation on fine yeast cells, produces a fine mousse and an elegant structure with mineral accents.
The Sbiadi Rosato is a versatile wine that suits every occasion - light, refreshing and full of fun. It comes into its own beautifully as an aperitif, with light starters, seafood or summer salads, but above all it is a wine to share with friends, have fun and relax.
Wine purchased via Onwine comes directly from the winery. All wineries pack the bottles themselves and hand them over to our shipping partner. Onwine works with boxes the size of 6 or 12 bottles.
To guarantee safe delivery, it is therefore also a requirement that orders are always made in multiples of 6 bottles.
The following shipping costs apply:
6 bottles at the same winery: €6,-
12+ bottles at the same winery: No shipping costs
You can order from several wineries at the same time. The above shipping costs apply to each individual winery.
