2x Weiss Cuvée 2025 — White · 11% · €10.90 per bottle
There's always a bottle in the fridge, because the best evenings are rarely planned. The Weiss Cuvée is Tonwerk's ideal house wine: a modern blend of Grüner Veltliner for structure and spice, Welschriesling for freshness and Sauvignon Blanc for aromatic lift. Clear and light in the glass with green apple, pear and citrus zest, with a subtle pepper touch. On the palate fresh, dry and outstandingly drinkable. Two bottles, because this is a wine that keeps inviting you to the next sip. With pasta, salads, fish or simply as an aperitif. Serve at 8-10°C.

1x Rosé Cuvée 2024 — Rosé · 13.5% · €10.90 per bottle
You don't need to justify yourself. You simply enjoy the moment. The Tonwerk Rosé Cuvée is made for terrace parties, summer nights and everything in between. 89% Shiraz and 11% Blaufränkisch give a juicy, fruit-driven rosé with strawberries, raspberries and red cherry, with subtle spice. On the palate medium-bodied, dry and elegant with a clean finish. With light starters, grilled fish or Mediterranean salads. Serve at 8-10°C.

1x Rot Cuvée 2024 — Red · 14% · €10.90 per bottle
You pour another glass, lean back and realise that time no longer matters. The Rot Cuvée is made for long evenings and real conversations. An approachable red blend of 45% Zweigelt, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon and 19% Blaufränkisch: juicy fruit, depth and fresh spice in one. Dark red in the glass with dark cherry, blackberries, cassis and soft tannins. Structured enough for the classic red wine table, but also lovely served lightly chilled as a summer red. With grilled meat, pasta or a cheese board. Serve at 16-18°C, or lightly chilled at 8-10°C.

1x Berry 2025 — Light Red · 10.5% · €10.90 per bottle
You do things your own way, and that feels exactly right. The Berry is Tonwerk's idiosyncratic outsider: a light red wine of 49% St. Laurent, 36% Pinot Noir and 15% Blaufränkisch, fully pressed and fermented with red wine yeast. No compromises, no labels. Clear light red in the glass with red berries, cherry and a subtle spiciness. Light in body but flavourful, with fresh acidity and a dry impression. Served lightly chilled with charcuterie, a cheese board or grilled vegetables. Serve cold at 6-8°C.

1x Sekt Rosé Brut — Sparkling Rosé · 11.5% · €13.90 per bottle
The moment you open the bottle, the atmosphere changes. The Tonwerk Sekt Rosé Brut from 62% Shiraz, 21% Blaufränkisch and 17% Pinot Noir brings fine, persistent bubbles with wild strawberry, red currant and citrus. Elegant, balanced and inviting. On the palate fresh and lively with a sparkling freshness that brings everything together. As an aperitif, with seafood, light nibbles or strawberries. Serve cold at 6-8°C.
