2x Pigato Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC — White · 13% · €18.50 per bottle
The flagship of Torre Pernice and the most characterful white wine of western Liguria. Made from 100% Pigato, an indigenous grape variety with characteristic rust-coloured spots on the ripe berry. Full and juicy, with notes of ripe banana, peach and apricot, and a pleasant slight bitterness in the finish that adds extra depth. Two bottles, because this is a wine you'll want to try twice: once on its own, and once with a good meal.
1x Vermentino Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC — White · 13% · €18.50 per bottle
The fresher, lighter sibling of the Pigato. The Vermentino from Torre Pernice is aromatic and fresh, with notes of citrus, white flowers and a salty minerality that reflects the proximity of the Ligurian sea. Wonderful as an aperitif, with light fish dishes or pasta with pesto.
1x Rossese Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC — Red · 13% · €18.50 per bottle
The only red wine from Torre Pernice, and one of the most distinctive red wines of Liguria. The Rossese is a light, elegant red wine with notes of red berries, violet and a subtle spiciness. Lighter in structure than an average red wine, but full of character. Perfect with grilled meat, local charcuterie or Ligurian braised dishes.
1x Molin Pernice Pigato Spumante Brut — Sparkling white · 12.5% · €18.50 per bottle
A unique Ligurian sparkling wine made from 100% Pigato — a combination you won't find anywhere else. Fresh and fruity, with the characteristic yellow fruit notes of the Pigato grape in a lively, brut sparkling style. Ideal as an aperitif or with light starters and fish.
1x Molin Pernice Rosato Spumante Brut — Sparkling rosé · 12.5% · €18.50 per bottle
The festive finale of this package. An elegant brut rosé sparkling wine with a beautiful pink colour and notes of red fruit and flowers. Fresh, lively and particularly pleasant, perfect for a festive moment or as a companion to light snacks and desserts.
