Tramonti Brut Rosé is a sparkling rosé that effortlessly bridges the gap between tradition and modernity. Made from 100% Primitivo from Puglia, this wine tells the story of a region where sun, land and culture come together. The vineyards are located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres with southern exposure, on limestone and clay-rich soils that provide freshness and structure. The wine owes its vibrant coral colour to a short six-hour maceration, a conscious choice to combine finesse and expression.
After alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, the wine matures in steel until spring. The second fermentation takes place according to the Charmat method, with three months of ageing in pressure tanks, followed by at least two months of bottle ageing. The result is a Brut Rosé with a fine, persistent mousse and a distinctly fresh character. The aroma is dominated by notes of grenadine and sugared almond, complemented by blood orange and strawberry. On the palate, the wine is balanced, lively and refreshingly savoury, with a clean citrus finish.
Tramonti Brut Rosé is best served at a temperature of 8 to 10 degrees. It is a versatile wine that works perfectly as an aperitif, but also pairs well with charcuterie, cheeses and creative dishes such as salmon temaki. Thanks to its freshness and structure, this sparkling rosé also has a storage potential of up to five years.
