Brut Rosé Grand Cru is a sophisticated Champagne that reflects the strength and elegance of the Montagne de Reims. With a blend of 100% pinot noir sourced from the Grand Cru villages of Sillery, Mailly-Champagne and Puisieulx, this rosé embodies a perfect interplay of freshness, finesse and fruity richness.
This Champagne combines the techniques of rosé de saignée and blending rosé. The base wine is from 2021, supplemented by 20% reserve wine, and after a 24-month ageing in bottle, with manual remuage, the wine achieves its characteristic refinement. The dosage is 5 grams per litre, which contributes to its delicate balance. Producing only 4,000 bottles a year, this Brut Rosé Grand Cru is a rare and exclusive creation.
The Brut Rosé Grand Cru presents itself with a beautiful rosé hue and fine, delicate bubbles. On the nose, you will discover floral aromas, pure and subtle, which come together with a soft and creamy texture. On the palette, the Champagne reveals a harmonious profile of ripe red fruit, refreshing acidity and an elegant finish.
