Cabernet Blanc is a fungus-resistant white grape variety that Weingut Keber Kolling deliberately chooses for its organic vineyards: less need for intervention, more scope for biodiversity. But the real reason to drink it is simple: it simply makes good wine.
Fermented in stainless steel, fresh and without any oak influence. In the glass, it is clear and pale yellow. The nose is aromatic and expressive, with fresh citrus notes, white flowers and a slightly spicy character typical of this grape variety. On the palate, it is juicy and fruity, with mild acidity and a pleasantly dry finish.
A wine that pairs well with a wide variety of dishes. It goes beautifully with light fish dishes and seafood, but also with poultry, grilled vegetables or a fresh salad. As an aperitif with a small snack, it is a stylish choice that few people expect but everyone appreciates. Serve chilled at 9–11°C.
