The wine is an assemblage of native and international grape varieties from the Aosta Valley, with an alcohol content of 13%. It is harvested in September and vinified entirely in stainless steel to preserve freshness and purity. Thanks to this approach, Gargantua Blanc retains its direct, bright character and the expression of the fruit remains central.
In the glass, the wine shows freshness, purity and elegance. The style is direct and harmonious, with a nice balance between structure and drinkability. It is a white wine that stays true to its mountain background, while being modern and accessible. Ideal with light starters, fish dishes and refined vegetarian preparations. With an aging potential of more than three years, it remains interesting and lively even after some bottle aging.
