Philippe and Tanja Grandbois didn’t start out as winemakers; they began as hosts. Years of experience in the restaurant trade taught them that a good product always starts with the soil. They brought that insight with them to the Moselle, where they settled in Maring-Noviand to make their own wine. Under the name Grandbois Weine, they have since been building something they wholeheartedly believe in: organic, authentic wines that tell a story.
