The Equilibrista Vino Rosato is a sophisticated and vibrant rosé wine with an intense, bright pink color. The aroma is delicate and inviting, with subtle fruit notes and a hint of citrus. This rosé is made with careful techniques, including gentle pressing and maceration on the skins at low temperature. This process is followed by light bleeding of the must and aging in concrete vats, which gives the wine its pure and elegant flavor. With an alcohol content of 12.5% and a recommended serving temperature between 10 and 12°C, this is the ideal wine to enjoy chilled.

Normaliter drinken we enkel rosé uit de Provence dus deze rosato van Mario en Elena was even wennen. Maar met een mooie frisse en licht pittige salade ernaast is ie fantastisch. Niet de rosé voor op het terras maar een meer ontwikkelde wijn voor bij de (lichte) maaltijd.
