Grauburgunder Trocken 2025 is an organic, aromatic white wine made from 100% Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris). The Grauburgunder 2025 sparkles in the glass with a light, yellowish tint and immediately seduces with the scent of juicy peaches. On the palate, the wine offers a lively combination of peach, green apple, and subtle notes of quince. The long, aromatic finish is characterized by a fine melt and a pleasant acid balance, ensuring a harmonious taste experience.
Riesling Trocken 2024 is a light, tropical white wine made from 100% Riesling. The Riesling 2024 presents itself in the glass with a light straw-yellow color, fresh and inviting. In both aroma and taste, notes of citrus fruits, apple, and subtle hints of pineapple are clearly present, giving the wine a lively and fruity character. The acidity is excellently balanced and creates a pleasant tension in the mouth. This Riesling is subtle and fresh, and can also be perfectly enjoyed on its own.
Blanc de Noirs Feinherb is a clear rosé made primarily from dark Riesling grapes. Through careful pressing and vinification, a pure white wine style without red tones is created, despite the grape variety. The wine has fruity aromas of pear and apple on the nose, followed by juicy notes of pear, red apple, and citrus fruit on the palate. The acidity is perfectly balanced, with a long, fresh finish.
'Saignée' Rosé Trocken is a robust, fruity rosé made primarily from Lemberger. The wine is produced according to the traditional French "Saignée" method, in which part of the juice is drained off during the mash fermentation of red wines, a process that gives the wine its name, referring to "bloodshed." This technique results in a powerful rosé with rich fruit notes of vineyard peach, redcurrant, and red apple.
Rotwein Trocken Feinherb 2021 is a cherry-red wine with a velvety and fruity character, in which the aroma and taste are dominated by notes of redcurrants. The fruity, juicy aroma and the balanced ratio of sweet to acid make this wine particularly accessible. 2021 was characterized as a “cool climate vintage,” in which a late frost, a cloudy summer, and excessive rainfall led to a demanding wine year. In addition to the high infection pressure from fungal diseases, vigorous foliage growth necessitated intensive manual labor and a detailed, selective harvest.
Lemberger 2022 is a red wine made from 100% Lemberger grapes. The subtle tannins and pleasant acidity create an exciting taste experience that is perfectly balanced. The 2021 vintage can be considered a classic example of a "cool climate vintage" and offers a beautiful reflection of the craftsmanship and dedication required to produce an exceptional wine in a year full of challenges.
