The Spaziale IGT Toscana Sangiovese is an extraordinary organic wine and a true ode to Tuscan craftsmanship. This limited edition is made exclusively from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes from the exceptional 2016 harvest - a year when the climate was perfectly balanced and the grapes reached their highest expression. The wine matured partly in wood and partly in concrete vats, allowing it to fully develop its power, elegance and harmony. The name Spaziale, Italian for "otherworldly", was born from the spontaneous reaction of winemaker Maurizio, who exclaimed with surprise after the first sip that this wine was "so good it seemed to come from outer space".
In the glass, the Spaziale shines in a vibrant ruby hue with deep reflections. The nose is intense and complex, with aromas of ripe cherries, floral notes and a hint of spiciness. On the palate, it shows balanced and refined, with elegant tannins and a long, velvety finish. This wine exudes personality and class - a perfect balance between power and finesse, between tradition and inspiration. Every detail, from grape selection to ageing, contributes to a wine that fully lives up to its name.
