In the vineyards along the Moselle, Dornfelder grapes are harvested early to preserve their fresh fruit and lively charm. After gentle pressing, a rosé emerges with a bright salmon-pink colour that immediately brings to mind sunny afternoons and relaxed moments at the table.
In the glass, this rosé shows its playful side. Aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberries and a hint of red currant are combined with a slight spiciness. The gentle low-temperature fermentation creates a round, approachable style in which fruit and freshness are nicely balanced, without becoming heavy or sweet.
