Jocu Grillo by Quattrocieli is an organic white wine that reflects the fresh soul of western Sicily. Sourced from the vineyards of Val di Bella in Alcamo, at an altitude of 450 metres, the wine benefits from sun-drenched days and cooling winds from Trapani. The combination of chalky sandy soils and sea breezes gives this Grillo its lively tension and aromatic precision. The grapes are hand-harvested and rigorously selected, then gently pressed and fermented at low temperature to preserve the pure fruit.
After a six-month ageing in stainless steel, the wine retains its fresh, energetic character. In the glass, it shows bright and inviting, with intense aromas of white flowers, citrus, green apple and subtle tropical notes. On the palate, Jocu is fresh and perfectly balanced, with lively acidity providing drinkability and length. The finish is elegant and slightly floral, with pleasant citrus nuances that linger.
This Grillo is an ode to simplicity and purity: a wine that invites relaxed moments, light dishes and Mediterranean flavours. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish, salads and refined vegetarian dishes.
