Aurante Zibibbo by Quattrocieli is an organic white wine that elegantly expresses the aromatic power of Zibibbo. Sourced from the vineyards of Val di Bella in Alcamo, 450 metres above sea level, this wine benefits from warm days and cooling winds from the sea. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected to fully preserve their natural expression.
After destemming and gentle pressing, a 15-day fermentation at controlled temperature follows. The wine then ages for six months in stainless steel tanks, keeping its fresh, lively character intact. In the glass, Aurante shows bright straw yellow. In the nose, floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine unfold, complemented by notes of peach, citrus and melon.
On the palate, the wine is fresh and harmonious, with a nice balance between aromatic intensity and bracing acidity. The finish is clean and elegant, with lingering floral and citrus nuances. A versatile white wine that goes well with light fish dishes, Mediterranean salads or as a sophisticated aperitif.
