In this dry style, Fattoria Zerbina shows how layered and precise Albana can be when terroir and craftsmanship come together. Fermentation in stainless steel preserves freshness, while aging on fine lie adds texture and depth.
In the glass, the wine is bright and energetic, with a fresh, mineral impression. On the palate, it combines structure and freshness: juicy fruit, a slight salty tension and a nice, dry grip. Aging on fine lie gives roundness without losing precision. This is a gourmet white wine that both charms now and gains further complexity with a few years of bottle ageing.
